AUX refuses to enter into a monopoly agreement with any individual or organization, will never abuse its dominant market position, and opposes any concentration of operators that has or may have the effect of unreasonably or illegally excluding or restricting competition.

AUX undertakes to comply with relevant laws, follow the principles of voluntariness, equality, fairness, honesty and trustworthiness, abide by generally accepted business ethics, and refrain from engaging in market competition by way of dumping, infringing on other people's intellectual property rights, false advertisements, collusive tendering, damaging goodwill or other unfair competitive practices when conducting market transactions.
